General Release
Enhancing the Auvik Support Experience: Chatbot Improvements
Following the release of Auvik’s new webforms, we’re continuing to enhance your support experience—this time with updates to the chatbot.
You’ll now notice a more user-friendly chat experience. The chatbot has been updated to make it easier to request a live agent or create a support ticket directly from the bot, without needing to navigate away to use the webform.
These enhancements are part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and streamline support. Stay tuned for even more improvements in the coming weeks!

New Auvik Billing Portal
We’ve modernized how users manage billing in Auvik. Account-level billing information has moved out of the ANM application and into a dedicated Auvik Billing Portal, powered by SSO. This gives users a cleaner experience and a more robust, purpose-built space for subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
What’s Changing
Old Location : Settings → Billing → Account
New Experience: Billing → Device Usage now shows a TAKE ME TO MY BILLING button that launches the Billing Portal (SSO)
Permissions & Access:-
Users without Billing permissions will not see the new link.
- Billing – View: Read-only operation
- Billing – Edit: All read actions plus update payment details
-
-
Caveats:
-
-
-
Credit-card only available now. Ability to update ACH will be available soon.
-
Existing payment-method details may not be seen for some users, we are working to surface this information soon. But for now you can update your credit card details.

New alert conditions for Temperature, Fan Speed, and Power
Auvik now supports alert creation based on hardware sensor data, enabling proactive monitoring of device health. As with all v2 alerts, these must be created by Auvik users. The alert triggers can be found in the Components on a device section.Temperature Exceeds Critical Threshold
For example, an alert can be triggered when the temperature exceeds 37.8°C (100°F) for 5 minutes or more. Clears when below 35°C.
Fan Speed Below Critical Threshold
As an example, an alert can trigger when fan speed < 600 RPM for 5+ minutes. Clears when above 700 RPM.
Power Supply Drop Below Critical Threshold
As an example, an alert can trigger when power < 10V for 5+ minutes. Clears when above 10V.

Improvements to Auvik’s ConnectWise Manage Inventory Sync
We’re launching a suite of enhancements to Auvik’s integration with ConnectWise Manage—designed to improve accuracy, automation, reliability, and ease of use when syncing devices.
What’s New:
-
Smarter Matching with Existing Configurations:
-
You now have the option to consider Configuration Status and Configuration Type when matching Auvik devices to existing configurations in ConnectWise Manage.
-
This helps prevent updates to the wrong configurations and ensures more accurate mapping between systems.
-
-
Device Class Mapping for Existing Configurations:
-
Auvik can now sync the Device Class to the Configuration Type field for existing configurations—not just for new ones created by Auvik.
-
A new Device Class Mapping option is available in the Field Sync Mappings section to support this functionality.
-
-
Optional Deactivation of Deleted Devices:
-
You can now configure the integration so that when a device is deleted in Auvik, the associated configuration in ConnectWise Manage is automatically marked as inactive. This helps keep your PSA inventory clean and accurate without manual cleanup.
-
-
Improved Mapping Visibility:
-
A new Inventory Mapping Details/strong page gives you clear visibility into how Auvik devices are mapped to ConnectWise configurations:
-
Easier-to-Read Mappings for quick review
-
Streamlined Navigation with all mappings in one place
-
-
-
Improved Reliability:
- The new implementation is more robust and consistent, especially in environments with large volumes of devices or API calls.
These enhancements will begin rolling out to ConnectWise Manage integration users starting July 16th.

OSPF Neighbor Monitoring
Auvik will soon support OSPF neighbor state monitoring, allowing you to visualize and track OSPF adjacency health across your network. A new table in the Debug > Routes view displays key OSPF attributes including neighbor IP, router ID, area ID, admin state, and designated router role.
You’ll also be able to see neighbor state changes and historical flap counts to diagnose routing instability. Alerts can be triggered for neighbor-down conditions and excessive state transitions to help you stay ahead of routing failures.
