Can I run commands remotely?
Yes. You can open a terminal (Command Prompt or PowerShell) within a Remote Support session and execute commands, or you can use the built-in Command Runner. Command Runner supports any command that can be used within Powershell or Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (MacOS), depending on the target device. It facilitates single line commands, and can be used to run longer scripts that already present on the device. Note that at this time it is not recommended to run long running commands due to our time out parameters.
