Granting User Access in Auvik SaaS Management via the Partners Dashboard

Managing user access efficiently is essential to ensure that the right individuals have the appropriate permissions to interact with your client environments in Auvik SaaS Management. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to grant user access through the Partners Dashboard.


Accessing the User Permissions Panel

  1. Log in to the Partners Dashboard.
  2. From the main menu, click on Clients.
  3. Locate and select the client for whom you want to grant user access.
  4. In the client's menu, navigate to Identities and Assets.
  5. Click on Users to view the list of associated users.
  6. Use the search bar to find the specific user who requires access.
  7. Once located, click on User you want to grant permissions to.
  8. Click on User Admin.
  9. Click on Settings to view their current access configuration.

At this point, you may see that the user currently has no UI access.


Assigning User Permissions

  1. Click on View Permissions. This opens the permissions interface where you can assign roles and access levels.
  2. In the permissions panel, click on Default Admin to use a predefined role setup.
  3. Under the Users section, begin typing the name of the user to whom you want to assign this role.
    • The system will autofill matching names as you type.
  4. Select the correct user from the dropdown list.
  5. After selecting the user, click Save to apply the permissions.

Logging into the Application

Once permissions are granted, the user can log into the application:

  1. Go to saas.auvik.com.
  2. On the login screen, enter the user's email address.
  3. Click Next to proceed.
  4. The system will redirect the user to a Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google page.
    • For Microsoft login, users should use their Microsoft account credentials.
    • For Google login, users should use their integrated Google account credentials.
