Auvik SaaS Management's integration with Miro provides comprehensive license management and insights, including real-time visibility into licensed users and detailed activity metrics such as last login times. Ensure compliance, optimize license utilization, and manage spend effectively.
Prerequisites
Before configuring the Miro integration, ensure you have:
- Appropriate Auvik SaaS Management permissions to install integrations:
- Partner Hub: Default Admin
- Client Hub: Client Admin
- An active Miro Enterprise account
- Auvik SaaS specific Client ID and Client Secret from Miro
We recommend using a dedicated account with all integrations. This allows you to set a role with minimal permissions. The integration will stop working if this user’s account in Miro is deactivated.
Setting Up Client ID and Client Secret in Miro
- Navigate to Miro:
- Log into your Miro Enterprise account
- Select Build apps in the top right corner
- Navigate to Your apps and click on Create new app
- Create the App:
- Enter a friendly app name, e.g., Auvik SaaS Management.
- Select the team you'd like to apply the integration to (if you have multiple Miro organizations).
- Click Create app.
- Client Credentials:
- Once the app is created, scroll down to the App Credentials section with a Client ID and Client secret.
- Keep these credentials safe; you will copy them into the SaaS Management platform.
- Configure Redirect URI:
- Scroll to the Redirect URI for OAuth2.0 section
- Set the Redirect URI to https://www.workato.com/oauth/callback
- Click Add to save
- Set Client Permissions:
- Scroll to the Permissions section
- Check the boxes next to all identity, team, and enterprise permissions (including SCIM). This section may look different to you based upon your configuration and plan.
These permissions will automatically save once selected. After doing so, you’re free to leave this page. You can revisit it at any time under the Profile > “My Apps” menu.
Configuration & Setup
The Miro integration can be configured using a unique Client ID and Client Secret.
- Navigate to the SaaS Management platform
- Go to Org Preferences > Integrations > Client. Select the client you'd like to set up the integration for. You can also do this from the Utilities > SaaS Ops Integration menu from within a client
- Select Miro and click Configure
- Enter your copied Client ID and Client Secret
- Select the relevant Miro organization and then Add if required
Upon successful authentication, the integration status will show as Connected.

Last Activity Timestamp: See the last activity time per user to identify active and inactive accounts.
