How can we help?

NEW! Mandatory 2FA

To improve the security of Auvik accounts, we now require all Auvik password users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). If you haven’t set up 2FA, the next time you log into Auvik using your username and password, you’ll be asked to scan a QR code and enter a one-time code.

NEW! Usage Data API

Billable usage data for clients and devices has been added to the Auvik API. The data includes totals and averages for specified clients and devices, which can help you automate business processes and create custom reports.

IMPROVED! ConnectWise Manage integration

ConnectWise Manage allows you to specify type, sub-type, and items on tickets. These fields are helpful if you have certain teams responsible for certain ticket types, or if you want to report on the number of tickets for each type of ticket or sub-type. Auvik now supports these additional fields.

To take advantage of the new issue type fields in Auvik, first make sure you have all your desired types and sub-types configured in ConnectWise Manage. Once this is done, create or update your existing notification channels in Auvik. Setting the ticket type or sub-type on a notification channel is optional and has no impact on tickets being created by Auvik alerts. See our Knowledge Base if you want to know more.

BETA! Maintenance window improvements

Ever wished you knew which alerts were still unresolved after a maintenance window? We’ve got you covered. You now have the choice to send alerts after each maintenance window ends. To learn more, see How do I start, edit, or end a maintenance window?

Contact support if you’re interested in the beta.
