Devices in TrafficInsights can show one of many different statuses. You’ll see these statuses displayed in a few locations:
- MSP dashboard - TrafficInsights > TrafficInsights Summary
- Client dashboard - TrafficInsights > TrafficInsights Summary
- Client dashboard - Device dashboard details KPI
- Client dashboard - Device dashboard > TrafficInsights > Set Up

Linking |
Device is being linked to TrafficInsights. |

Linking failed |
The link to TrafficInsights encountered an error. |

Forwarding |
Device is forwarding flow data to TrafficInsights. |

Missing |
Device hasn’t been seen in 10 minutes. |
|
Limited |
Device is being rate limited due to sending too many flows. You can set sampling to reduce the device’s flow rate. |
