FIXED! Configuration polling alerts
Some partners received a surge of “Warning - Configuration Polling” alerts for some of their devices on July 24, 2018 starting around 10:20 a.m. ET. These alerts were generated when a system process responsible for retrieving the configuration from a device failed to launch properly. On July 24, we applied an interim fix. In this release, we’ve formally patched the issue.
