Installation

I ran the installer but the server isn’t showing up in Auvik

The server will be located in the Auvik Site that you generated the Site Registration Key for.

  1. Make sure you’re looking for the server in the same Auvik Site that you downloaded the installer from, as the copyable installation command provided in the Deploy Agent screen includes the Site Registration Key specific to that Auvik Site.
  2. The installer may have run with an invalid Site Key.
    • Try regenerating the Site Key by following Step 1 above.
      • Note: Regenerating the Site Key will invalidate all previously generated Site Keys but will not affect the connectivity of successfully installed servers.

I can’t find the Feature Enablement page


The Feature Enablement page is only available on the global site under Admin > Settings.

It’s visible only on select plans. If you do not see the Feature Enablement page or you’re unsure which plan you’re on, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email success@auvik.com.


The Server Monitoring toggle on the Feature Enablement page is disabled.

For some Auvik plans, including the Basic and Core plans, the toggle is locked and reflects your current subscription. It can’t be changed. If you’re unsure which plan you’re on or what your subscription includes, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email success@auvik.com
