Installing the Auvik Endpoint Agent on Windows Servers

Follow

The Auvik Endpoint Agent software supports Windows Server 2016 and newer.

The installer is the same for servers and workstations. The software is delivered in a multi-stage fashion: an initial lightweight MSI installation package registers a background service with the Windows operating system. A separate stage then begins without any user action, which securely downloads and installs feature-specific modules to be registered and run separately from the original lightweight installer.

After successful installation, program files will be located under C:\Program Files\Auvik\.
