NEW! Global settings control for MSPs
With this release, MSPs can now control a number of settings across their entire client portfolio at once. Settings defined at the MSP level are inherited by all clients, where they can be refined if needed.
Discovery settings that you can now change at the MSP level include how frequently scans are completed and which services should be used to access client data. As well, you can now globally manage alert definitions and the notification channels associated with them.
Global settings control translates into a lot less clicking for MSPs with many clients under management. A win for efficiency!
ENHANCED! ConnectWise integration
For those partners using ConnectWise, we’ve added a few tools to give you better visibility into your integration. There’s now an audit trail to show a history of the calls made between the two platforms.
And for those using the configuration and inventory sync, you can now see which devices in Auvik are mapped to ConnectWise and vice versa. This makes reconciling data much easier.
HEADS UP! Side nav bar has been reorganized
To help keep the side navigation bar clean and manageable, we’ve collapsed All Devices, All Services, All Interfaces, and All Networks into a single new menu item called Inventory.
HEADS UP! Support for IE10 to be discontinued
Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 as of Jan 12, 2016. Auvik will continue to support IE10 through March 31.
