Can I see a history all alert communications with ConnectWise PSA?

You can see a history of all alert communications that have occurred between Auvik and ConnectWise PSA. If you want, you can filter this audit list to show only certain records. For more information on filtering, see How to filter data in Auvik.

  1. Click Integrations from the side navigation bar.
  2. In the displayed list of integrations, click the row for the ConnectWise PSA integration.
  3. Click the Audit Trail tab.
  4. MSP only: From the list of clients, highlight which client you want to see audit trail details for.

The audit records that appear are based on the date range selected. By default, you’ll see the last 10 minutes. To see more, click the calendar from the entity navigation bar and select the date range you want.
