What Information Does Auvik SaaS Management Collect

Auvik SaaS Management collects the applications used on your devices.

We capture both web and browser based apps via the Auvik SaaS Management Chrome extension, and desktop apps via the Auvik SaaS Management Desktop Agent.

Auvik SaaS Management detects when you add new applications to your devices.

Auvik SaaS Management detects when you log into new applications, sign up for new apps, as well as when certain events occur within the apps that you are interacting with on a daily basis (things like downloading a file).

Auvik SaaS Management identifies user behaviors.

Auvik SaaS Management uses these events to look for risky behaviors like employees sharing credentials or signing up for free trials with personal gmail accounts.

Auvik SaaS Management collects data from SSO providers.

Auvik SaaS Management collects data from Single Sign-On providers (like Microsoft or Google) to help us determine what apps are being accessed and when activity occurs.

Auvik SaaS Management doesn’t capture passwords or personally identifiable information.

Auvik SaaS Management doesn’t save or read passwords that you enter on the page. It also doesn’t capture PII or any personally identifiable information that you might be entering in forms on a page.
