UPGRADES HAVE STARTED! Upgrade of OVA collector from 18.04 to 22.04: Auvik has provided instructions on how to upgrade 22.04 for clients that are still on 18.04. Auvik has made improvements to its upgrade instructions and processes due to client feedback.
Please upgrade your collector before April 30th when Ubuntu free support runs out. Due to the nature of this OS reinstall user intervention, while minimal, will be required. Notifications will begin showing on your tenants this week if you have a version that requires updating. Auvik has provided information on how to do this upgrade. Instructions are located here.
