You can see a history of all communications (inbound and outbound, successful and failed) that have occurred between Auvik and ConnectWise Manage. If you want, you can filter this audit list to show only certain records. For more information on filtering, see How to filter data in Auvik.
- Click Integrations from the side navigation bar.
- In the displayed list of integrations, click the row for the ConnectWise Manage integration.
- Click the Audit Trail tab.
- MSP only: From the list of clients, highlight which client you want to see audit trail details for.
The audit records that appear are based on the date range selected. By default, you’ll see the last 10 minutes. To see more, click the calendar from the entity navigation bar and select the date range you want.
