Where to go for help

Auvik support agents are on hand to answer your questions and provide advice. There are a few ways to reach us:

• When you're logged in:
  1. Click the Support button at the far left corner of the screen.
     
  2. If none of the suggestions help, click Get in Touch
     
  3. A link at the bottom of the screen will appear with an option for Live Chat. Click the link.
     
     
  4. A Chat Request window will appear to fill out
     
  5. Click Start chat
