How to enable Auvik support access
If you enable Auvik support access from a client dashboard, the status is visible from your MSP dashboard. At a glance, you can see which allow which support access levels.
- From the client dashboard, click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Check Support access enabled for this company.
- Select the appropriate support access level:
- Click Save.
How to edit Auvik support access
- From the client dashboard, click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Select to change the access level granted.
- Click Save.
How to reset Auvik support access
- From the client dashboard, click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Click Reset.
- Confirm the reset by clicking Reset.
How to disable Auvik support access
If you disable Auvik support access from a client dashboard when support access is enabled from your MSP dashboard, the client status is visible from your MSP dashboard. This allows you to see at a glance where you have disabled access.
- From the client dashboard, click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Click Auvik Support.
- Uncheck Support access enabled for this company.
- Click Save.
