If an individual client has a different access level at the time you globally disable support access through your MSP dashboard, the client’s settings ignore the disable command from the MSP.

At any time, from your MSP dashboard, you can see which clients allow which support access levels. If any clients still have Auvik support access enabled, click the company name to be taken to that client’s dashboard and disable support access there.

If you don’t want to grant account access to Auvik support, we’re happy to jump on a screen share with you instead.
